Eight years in the restaurant industry taught me how people, operations and technology work together. Today, I bring that perspective to technical support and my IT studies, with a focus on developing my skills in infrastructure and cloud services.

    I joined the team after my internship and now work in technical support, with practical experience in network installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
